Our online shop provides unique fashion products and interesting products from our independent designers back by high-quality material and reliable production. Our members of the QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange on your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.

Please contact our Customer Service to get the return address and don't return the item to the address listed on our website.

 

U.S. Returns + Exchanges Policy 

If you are not satisfied with your Rare Beauty order, you can return your products within 30 days of when you placed the order to receive a refund. Note that shipping fees will not be refunded. Pre-paid shipping labels will not be provided for U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

To initiate a return or exchange, please click here to begin the return process. You will need to provide your Order Number and the shipping Zip Code.  Note you are allowed 1 exchange on your original order.

 

If you're returning a defective/ wrong item (s), please initiate a return using our returns portal or contact our support team at support@missprettier.com for help.  

 

About Exchange

1. If you need to change the size of the product, or exchange the goods before shipping, please send a message to our mailbox support@missprettier.com as soon as possible.

 

2.Need a different size, color, or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock. Pls contact us asap. Once the shipping has been arranged, you could choose to return the goods later. Return shipping fee will be charged.

If you need to change the size of the product, or return or exchange the goods, please send a message to our mailbox support@missprettier.com as soon as possible.
We will reply to you as soon as possible.

 

About Return

1.Returns &Exchanges Policy:

Email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online will be appreciated. Your kindly advice will be great help to our production.

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

 

2.Fast Refund:
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with the original label back to the address we offer. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Please contact us in advance and we will provide you the address where you should return to. Do not send them back to the address on the package. Or no refund will be issued.

 

3.Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

 

Attention: 

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

 

Order Cancellation:


Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order shave already been shipped.
